Information Systems Coordinator
Green Bay Packaging Inc. is a privately owned, diversified paper and packaging manufacturer. Founded in 1933, this Green Bay, WI based company has over 3,400 employees and 32 manufacturing locations operating in 15 states that serve the corrugated container, folding carton and coated label markets. Our Lebanon, OH location is a modern, fully equipped corrugated manufacturing facility that produces a wide range of innovative corrugated products.
Responsible for providing direction to the division regarding Information Systems. Maintain and administrate the local area network, virtual local area network and wide area network in conjunction with the Corporate IT Department. Maintain and administrate desktop software including Office productivity suite and CAD application. Maintain and administrate Telecommunications systems (telephone system, Voice Mail and Paging systems). Troubleshoot and fix network hardware, computers, laptops and printers.
Strong inter-personal and communications skills are required. Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel. Familiarity with Hardware, Software, Networking and Operating Systems, particularly Windows and Office 365. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Education : Associates Degree in Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in networking and/or general information systems. Must have experience troubleshooting and fixing hardware & software issues. Computer Skills: Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/VAN/WAN configuration. General knowledge of Office 365 and Sharepoint is required; experience with Crystal Reports software, Kiwi Plan sortware and Artios CAD software is preferred. Must be comfortable with multiple hardware, software and operating platforms.
