The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, four Slitting and Distribution centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings. The Coated Products facility in Green Bay has recently completed a major expansion, making this plant a state of the art facility. The expansion has doubled the size of this plant, and includes a new building, Coater, Slitters and Automated Sequencing System.
Daily tasks include handling incoming calls, processing orders and working directly with all Customer Service staff. Effective utilization of tools and resources will be necessary to handle inquiries. Other duties assigned may include processing of sample and price requests, cost estimating, some clerical duties and other tasks and special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager. This position will average 28 hours per week. The hours will be 8:30am to 4:30pm, working four days per week. The four days per week worked will vary, as this position will fill in for vacations, or other absences.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and reliable. They must work well in a team environment as well as independently. Customer Service experience is preferred. Above all, the selected individual must be eager to learn our products and services, and have a commitment to provide an exceptional customer experience to our customers.
