Customer Service Manager
The Folding Carton Division is an industry leading manufacturer of Folding Cartons for food, paper, hardware, confectionary, cosmetic and many other industries. Employing 185 people, this facility designs, prints and manufactures folding cartons, trays and displays for a broad range of products and customers.
This working manager role will be dedicated to working closely with our sales representatives and customers to maintain and develop customer satisfaction. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Training, supervising, and coordinating all the activities of customer service personnel and sales trainees.
- Collaborating with the sales management group and providing a valuable outlet to customers and sales people in their absence.
- Working closely with all production supervisors and departments to coordinate jobs, bids, daily production requirements, etc. and ensure customer service team stays informed to accommodate customer needs.
- Estimating prices for special projects and outside services, as well as set daily prices all within the Parameters set by management.
Qualified candidates will have a passion for providing outstanding service and support to our customers, customer service team, and sales reps. Must be able to lead and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment, while maintaining composure in a high-pressure environment. Excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail are essential. Four-year undergraduate degree required. Customer Service and management experience strongly preferred.
