Started in 1933, Green Bay Packaging Inc. is a family-owned, vertically integrated company consisting of corrugated container plants, folding cartons, recycled and virgin linerboard mills, pressure-sensitive label rollstock, specialty converting operations, timberlands, and a sawmill facility.  The company employs more than 3000 people and consists of 30 divisions operating in 15 states.  The Green Bay Shipping Container Division is an industry leader in the production of corrugated shipping containers and sheets.
We are looking for motivated individuals with good communication and teamwork skills to work in various production departments throughout the facility depending on production needs. Duties will include assisting on production lines or equipment, loading corrugated board into machines, palletizing bundles of boxes, or operating a banding machine in the shipping department.  Hours are rotating shift M-F, Saturdays as needed.
Ideal Candidates will have:
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing experience in a rotating shift facility.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • The ability to perform basic math.
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
