The Folding Carton Division is an industry leading manufacturer of Folding Cartons for food, paper, hardware, confectionary, cosmetic and many other industries. Employing 185 people, this facility designs, prints and manufactures folding cartons, trays and displays for a broad range of products and customers.
This position will be dedicated to working closely with our Sales Team and Customers to meet our customer's needs. Duties will include interacting with customers relative to the quoting of products, placement of orders, pricing, deliveries, complaints and technical recommendations. Responsibilities include managing multiple accounts through processing and expediting orders, quoting including CAD layout, establishing and maintaining new sales programs, managing finished goods inventory, handling complaints and quality concerns, and coordinating timely deliveries.
Qualified candidates will have a commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers. The ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment is required. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. Four year undergraduate degree required. Customer service experience preferred.
