The Folding Carton Division is an industry leading manufacturer of Folding Cartons for food, paper, hardware, confectionary, cosmetic and many other industries. Employing over 200 people, this facility designs, prints and manufactures folding cartons, trays and displays for a broad range of products and customers.
This position will be dedicated to leading the Quality Department by working closely with sales, production and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction both internally and externally. General responsibilities include:
- Plan, implement, maintain, monitor, and continually improve the laboratory and quality processes to meet the requirements and expectations of the internal and external customers, while supporting the direction of the division.
- Coordinate the interactions between the quality department personnel, to optimize support throughout the Division’s extended process and operations.
- Facilitate improvement efforts throughout the division, utilizing leadership skills, training, and vision.
Qualified candidates will have a passion for providing outstanding quality, service and support to our customers. Must be able to lead and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment, while maintaining composure in a high-pressure environment. Excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail are essential.
Four-year undergraduate degree and Quality background required. GFSI and supervisory experience strongly preferred. BRCGS Food Packaging experience a plus.
