GREEN BAY, WI – May 4, 2017 – Green Bay Packaging (GBP) Fort Worth Division announced they reached a safety milestone of one million man hours worked with zero recordable injuries.
This is a great achievement for the entire company. “Safety is a core value for our company. Our Fort Worth division is the model for this culture.” Bryan Hollenbach, Executive Vice President for Green Bay Packaging stated.

We are honored to be recognized for our efforts and to be seen as a leader alongside other companies that are focused on safety initiatives.” The Fort Worth Division has dedicated significant resources to continuously improving its safety processes. “This has yielded very positive results,” said Peter Masias, Corporate Director of Safety and Risk Management. “Because safety is such a visible part of our everyday operations, employees feel empowered to identify and report potential hazards at first notice. Management reviews all suggestions and, as a result, employees readily share safety ideas. The bonus is that, while mitigating risks, suggestions also serve to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.” Green Bay Packaging believes in the merits of raising safety awareness.
