Customer service is a key function at Green Bay Packaging. Our account-dedicated CSRs provide consistent, proactive support to our customers for a streamlined experience. 

Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art digital printing technology allows for a lead time that is five weeks shorter than traditional printing methods. 

Speed to market

We use high-speed automated equipment to consistently deliver top-quality, sustainable products with fast turnaround. Our equipment includes digital printers, flexo folder gluers, rotary die cutters, shuttle die cutters, foam molding and hotwire equipment, and specialized folding and gluing capabilities.

We offer a range of flutes to support customized projects. Our team of experienced packaging engineers will work closely with you to select and design the most effective packaging based on your specific requirements. 

B Flute: Provides excellent crush resistance and protects lightweight items while offering better printability and cost savings over C Flute. 

C Flute: Offers strong stacking strength and excellent crush resistance while maintaining high-quality printability. 

E Flute: Perfect for retail packaging and displays, offering a fantastic print surface. 

Double Wall: Any combination of two flutes used for the boxes makes them sturdier, perfect for long-distance shipping and heavy products.

Customer Protective Packaging Solutions

Third Dimension offers a variety of foam-protective packaging solutions. Molded EPS is lightweight and provides excellent cushioning and insulation. Fabricated foam is highly customizable and 100% recyclable. Contour-cutting foam offers excellent vibration and shock absorption protection, making it ideal for high-value items.
