Converting Capabilities

Green Bay Packaging uses some of the fastest presses, die cutters, and folder/gluers in the industry. This allows us to maintain an extensive range of packaging capabilities. Our printing presses are capable handling 14,000 sheets per hour, that’s with  7-color, aqueous, and UV printing.

We give our customers an advantage by having the technology we need in-house: plates, inks and most tool-and-die functions. Our up-front preparation improves production, saves our customers money and enhances our packaging capabilities.

Our packaging knowledge is among the best in the market. Our Eagle Eye Inspection color system examines every sheet during a run to achieve unmatched quality. Our die cutters supply pallets of finished cartons directly to the gluers, improving turnaround time.
