Capabilities

The Fort Worth Division provides a range of flute and board grades to cater to all your corrugated packaging requirements. Our division offers a wide array of capabilities, from traditional brown corrugated boxes to high-graphic retail-ready corrugated containers. We are equipped with state-of-the-art die cutters, flexo folder gluers, and specialty equipment.

Innovative Technology

We use high-speed automated equipment to consistently deliver top-quality, sustainable products with fast turnaround. Our equipment includes a 110” corrugator, a new flexo folder gluer, rotary die cutters, flat-bed die cutting, and specialized folding and gluing capabilities.

Our in-house packaging testing lab ensures structural integrity & package optimization. We are ISTA-certified, offering vibration, drop, and compression testing, certifying your box will thrive in any environment.

The Fort Worth team revamped the customer warehousing system and transport process, switching to direct shipping from the local facility to the manufacturing plant. This reduced damage and inefficiencies, freeing up employee time. This approach has been expanded to other locations, improving efficiency, and cutting storage needs.

Corrugated Capabilities

We offer a variety of flutes to support custom projects using our in-house corrugator. Our team of experienced packaging engineers will collaborate with you to choose and design the best possible box based on your specific requirements.

B Flute: Provides excellent crush resistance and protects lightweight items while offering better printability and cost savings over C Flute. 

C Flute: Offers strong stacking strength and excellent crush resistance while maintaining high-quality printability. 

E Flute: Perfect for retail packaging and displays, offering a fantastic print surface. 

Double Wall: Any combination of two flutes used for the boxes makes them studier, perfect for long-distance shipping and heavy products.
