Green Bay Mill Division

The Green Bay Mill is hiring, and we want you to join our team! Our mill manufactures 100% recycled paper, and we take pride in our commitment to sustainability. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill shift utility roles.

VIEW OPEN POSITIONS

Facility Work Schedules

Green Bay Shipping Container: Monday-Friday 8-hour rotating shifts. Rotate weekly from 3rd to 2nd to 1st shift. Shifts are 8 hours but may include overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Folding Carton Division: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts.  Straight shift schedule for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts.

De Pere Shipping Container: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts. 1st and 2nd rotate weekly, 3rd shift hours are 10 pm – 6 am Sunday night through Thursday night. Shifts are 8 hours but may require overtime during the week and on weekends.

Coated Products: Monday-Friday 12-hour rotating shifts with six consecutive days off every three weeks.  Overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Green Bay Mill Division: Monday-Sunday 12-hour rotating shifts.  Four days on (2 days and 2 nights) and then four days off.

You’ll apply your mechanical and electrical aptitude to test, repair, and troubleshoot a variety of systems. You’ll also have access to a learning and development program through GBP University as well as growth opportunities.

Machine Operator

Shift Utility
