Maintenance Technician
($27-$37+)

Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to keep operations running smoothly. Apply mechanical and electrical skills to repair systems, support reliability, and work hands-on across the production floor with opportunities to learn and grow.

Machine Operator

Health and Wellness Clinics

At Green Bay Packaging, we prioritize our employees by offering two free Health & Wellness Clinics for them and their dependents. Located on both the east and west sides of Green Bay, these clinics deliver a wide range of medical services exclusively for our team, ensuring their well-being. Join us and experience unmatched employee care.

Facility Work Schedules

Green Bay Shipping Container: Monday-Friday 8-hour rotating shifts. Rotate weekly from 3rd to 2nd to 1st shift. Shifts are 8 hours but may include overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Folding Carton Division: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts.  Straight shift schedule for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts.

De Pere Shipping Container: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts. 1st and 2nd rotate weekly, 3rd shift hours are 10 pm – 6 am Sunday night through Thursday night. Shifts are 8 hours but may require overtime during the week and on weekends.

Coated Products: Monday-Friday 12-hour rotating shifts with six consecutive days off every three weeks.  Overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Green Bay Mill Division: Monday-Sunday 12-hour rotating shifts.  Four days on (2 days and 2 nights) and then four days off.
